Who can view my information?

mySchoolApp has biographical information about your student(s) and your family made available to members of our community.  

The only people who have access to the information in mySchoolApp are those who have a user name and password.  Please take care to not disclose this information to others.  If it is compromised or you suspect that it has been, please contact the school so we can reset your user name and password.

By default, the biographical information previously made available in the directory (name, address, phone number, and email) is still available to parents.  Now, however, you have more control over this information.  You may elect to change your settings in order to not publish some of it to parents or you may elect to make additional information available to parents.  For example, you see below that Carol Brady has elected to make her cell phone number available to parents in addition to the standard information.

New information that is now available to parents:

In addition to parents being able to see the biographical information mentioned above, parents will now have access to the a photo of your student. 

Parents will also have access to new information for their own children, such as their schedule, absences, and possibly even more information in the future.

Notes:

• Faculty and staff will continue to have access to biographical information whether or not it has been published to all parents.
