How can I view my student's schedule?

To view each individual student's class schedule, you need to first select the student from the drop-down list when you click on the "Children" button (if you only have one student enrolled in Columbus Academy, you will be able to access his or her account directly):

Click on the Schedule tab in the student's information view, and it will show you the daily classes list. If you wish to see the schedule in a calendar-style view (monthly or weekly), click on the "View Full Schedule" link:

Switching to "Full Schedule" allows you to see the student's schedule in monthly or weekly views. You can also use the "Schedule Reports" option to generate printable schedules in PDF form:

Note:  Lower School students may not have a full schedule shown as they conduct most of their classes in their homeroom. They may some times show activities such as Music in their schedule, when they move to the music room.
