Logging in to mySchoolApp

Our Columbus Academy community can access the mySchoolApp web portal in many different ways. The easiest way to access it from our school's official web site, via the main menu (button at the top-right corner), and click on the link based on the role in our school: 

Families & Parents

Families can first access the Family/Parents Resources web page, and there they will find the link to Columbus Academy "mySchoolApp" web portal. You can also reach out to the Tech Office team directly via the email link for assistance:

Faculty & Staff

Simply click on the appropriate Faculty & Staff link and it will directly take you to the "MySchoolApp" web site:

Once you have been redirected to the MySchoolApp web portal, at the login prompt, you will need to identify yourself with your primary registered email address in Columbus Academy (i.e. the email that the Academy communicates with you regarding student & school matters):

You will be then be redirected to Blackbaud's login platform, where you can sign into the mySchoolApp portal for Columbus Academy, or register a new Blackbaud account to access mySchoolApp.

NOTE: You should use SSO (Single Sign-On) buttons - i.e. "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple", if you are either using a @gmail (or a Google-hosted server) address, or a Apple-hosted @me.com or @icloud email address, respectively.

Once you have successfully signed in, you can explore the "Welcome Guides", or start using the mySchoolApp portal.
