Try restarting - Hold the power button (top, right corner) for 10 sections and then let go.
Make sure you Chromebook is connected to WiFi.
Make sure you're using your school email address. It should be your firstname.lastname@schoolname.org The school names are:
sciacademy.org | carvercollegiate.org | collegiatebatonrouge.org |livingstoncollegiate.org | rosenwaldcollegate.org
Grab your charger and try plugging it in.
(There's a little light that will turn on right by the plug on the Chromebook when it's charging).
Check to see if you're on the right WiFi network.
Double check that you've entered the right WiFi password.

Try turning up the volume.
If you're using headphones make sure they're connected plugged in or connected via bluetooth. (You can also unplug them and see if the sound works without them or try another set of headphones).

Press CTRL, SHIFT, and Refresh Keys
(Refresh = Curving arrow by the 3 & 4 keys)
Repeat this until the screen is facing the right way.
