4th transnational meeting

The fourth trasnational meeting took place from 6 to 7 March 2025 in Sofia, Bulgaria. We were invited by one of our partners from the DESIBOOK project: Alexander Teodorov school.

As in previous meetings, we started by getting to know the school. 

Our colleagues welcomed us with a traditional Bulgarian dance. It was great fun, we even joined it. 

Throughout the morning we discussed the topics of the agenda. Then, after having lunch and tasting some traditional dishes, we went to the city centre for a guided tour. Among other places, we visited the Saint Alexander Nevsky cathedral, the monument of the famous Bulgarian writer Ivan Vazov and Saint Sophia Church which the city is named.

On the second day we started with a presentation of the updates on the creative writing relay and we discuss the next steps of the project.

We ended the day with a traditional dinner in a restaurant, sharing time with our Erasmus partners. They surprised us with traditional dances and songs with professional dancers.

The trip ended with a visit to the ancient town of Plovdiv, where we visited its monastery and other places of interest as the old town and the ancient theatre of Philippopolis.

As it was expected, the experience was unforgettable and we are looking forward to continue the project. See you at the next chapter!
