Second Client Request

Want to be matched with another client?  If you're a part-time VA and would like to increase to full time, please do the following:

1. Check whether it has been a 1 month since Hired Date; then

2. Reach out to HR - and let them know your interest and what role you want to be in

Reminder:
Before we match you with a second client, we just need to ask two things from your current client:

• Will they be ramping up your hours in a few months? If yes, we'll wait it out and hold off on recommending you to another client until further notice from them.

• If they don't plan on increasing your hours, we'll ask for feedback about your performance. Assuming there are no issues or concerns, we'll happily inform them that you are looking for increased hours, and we'll recommend you to other clients here at CoconutVA.
