*Applied on a per disability (sickness or accident) per year basis (unless ANNUAL BENEFIT LIMIT)
*Complications of an Illness will be covered under one MBL

*Life = 1-5x MBL (max 1M)
*Total & Permanent Disability = 1-5x MBL (in lieu of Life)

BENEFITS OVERVIEW
In an emergency, you might not have a chance to think about how you’re paying for your medical bills. It’s best to stay safe with a healthcare plan that covers a wide range of emergency cases. InLife Health Care, one of the leading HMOs in the country, has you covered with their ER Care All-In Adults Plan.
The ER Care All-In Adults 100 plan provides you inpatient care coverage of up to P100,000 for emergency cases due to accidents, viral and bacterial illnesses, and specific conditions in all Insular-accredited hospitals nationwide, excluding the top 6 hospitals).
Benefit limit covers the following:
Doctor’s professional fee
Laboratory and diagnostic procedures
Emergency room care
Room accomodations (Private)
Medicines as medically necessary in the emergency room and during confinement
Surgery and surgeon’s fees when medically necessary
Use of operating room, recovery room, and ICU, as medically necessary
Special modalities as medically needed, subject to P5,000 sublimit
Hospital cash allowance of P1,000 when confined

Note: Non-emergency and pre-existing conditions, congenital and maternity-related conditions, and other conditions under IHC’s General Exclusions list are not covered by this product.
An illness or condition is considered pre-existing if, prior to the effective date of coverage:
Any professional advice or treatment was given for such illness or condition;
Such illness or condition was in any way already known to the Member; or
The pathogenesis of such illness or condition had already started (of which the Member may not be aware of).
Non-coverable accidents include, but are not limited to:
Self-inflicted injuries
Injuries from professional sports and high risk sports
Injuries due to military, paramilitary, or police service
Injuries from high risk activities or suffered under conditions of war
Accidents that are secondary to or contracted due to degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s Disease and Parkinson’s Disease
Valid for ages 18 to 64 years old.
One-time use. Multiple cards can be used in a year.
Coverage is non-transferrable once activated
Membership is valid for one year from time of activation

Note: Prior to September 2022, Coconut VA issued Maxicare HMO cards. Those who were issued with a Maxicare card prior to September 2022 would still be able to use their cards until it is used up, or until date of validity. Upon renewal, you will be issued the new Inlife prepaid HMO card.
13th Month Pay
Enjoy the usual corporate benefits here at Coconut VA. We offer 13th-month pay to our full-time and part-time VAs! 📅💰
Every pay period, Coconut VA sets aside an equivalent of 1/12 of your invoice to accumulate as your 13th-month pay. As you know, the computation of your 13th-month pay will be pro-rated based on how long you've worked for the year, any pay raises, and any increase or decrease in work hours.
