2024-25 conversions have been very successful! Conversions included Cazenovia, Union Springs, Lansing, Jamesville-DeWitt, Trumansburg, and Cato-Meridian. We thank all of the wonderful people from these school districts who got ready and made it happen! Thank you!
2025-26 conversions are being planned. If you have interest in moving to Mosaic, please let us know. Conversions take place between November and April/May-ish. Specific conversion dates depend upon a wide range of variables! Requests for specific conversion dates will be heard, but may not be possible. Three districts have already expressed interest in identifying a 2025-26 conversion date.

Tammy Haley has been working on updating our website with helpful training documentation as well as setting up training for new Cashiers or Managers—anyone in your district who needs food service product training! Please contact her at thaley@cnyric.org to schedule a training. Online training resources are available for Nutrikids and Mosaic.
Purchasing for the 2025-26 academic year becomes possible in approximately mid-June. If you need to add or update any hardware, please contact Melanie Burke (mjburke@cnyric.org) / 315.431.8486) to discuss. Hardware options are listed in the site's FAQ section.
The CNYRIC requires that any requests related to adding or changing access to your food service system come to us via email from your district's Food Service trusted agent. You may or may not be designated by your district as the Food Service trusted agent. Contact us if you have questions about who in your district has permission to request access changes. Access issues take priority, but can be even more quickly addressed if the request comes via email from your trusted agent. Business Officials and Superintendents are always considered Trusted Agents.
Districts that are providing Summer feeding will be prioritized when we conduct EOY activities to make sure you are prepared for that work! We will notify you when the SOY process has been completed. We will be updating the Reimbursement Rates, Attendance Factors, and importing the new school year student file.
