The CNU International Photo Contest is open to all CNU students, faculty, and staff who have recently studied, traveled, volunteered, or worked abroad. Enter up to five photos to the contest. Judges will pick their top choice for the following categories:
Best in Group: Submit a photo of a small group or your class participating in an activity or posing for a great pic!
Best Selfie or Solo: Submit your favorite selfie or solo pic you took during your travels abroad or on your study abroad program.
Best Cultural Landscapes: Enter a photo of your favorite site or part of the culture you visited. This can be a photo of nature, city, architecture, people, or whatever caught your eye.
Best Foodie: Did you have a favorite snack or meal? Did you try the local cuisine? Submit a photo of your plate or you trying something new! (Please no photos with alcohol as the primary subject)
All entries submitted will be considered for public viewing in a number of places, including the CNU website, Facebook, Instagram, promotional materials, and in slide shows at CNU events.
Photos must be recent and should have been taken during the time of enrollment or employment at CNU.
Photos should be appropriate for sharing with the CNU Community and permission from people in the photo should be given prior to entering.
Individuals can submit a maximum of five (5) photos total to any one category or across categories.
Be aware of the legal limitations when using published material that belongs to others.
Submissions must be original work. They should not have been entered in any previous CNU Photo Contests and should not be the recipient of a previous award in any contest.
Photos must be taken outside the United States.

Faculty or Staff winner will receive a gift from the Study Abroad Office.
A panel including CNU students, faculty, and staff will be appointed by the study abroad office as judges and will review all entries. Best of Group, Selfie, Cultural Landscape, and Foodie will be determined.
Winners will be announced in April 2026!
