- Jan. 14-18—1st Semester Exams (4X4 classes only; Midterms for year-long courses)
- May 24-June 7—Year-long Courses Exams
- June 3-7—2nd Semester Exams (4X4 classes only)

- Final exams count for 20% of the final grade.
- Students may not re-take exams.
- NO CELL PHONES OR PERSONAL TECHNOLOGY DEVICES MAY BE ON A STUDENT DURING EXAMS.
- All state exams are conducted ONLINE.
- Students may not bring food or drink into the testing location.
- Makeups for state exams are usually held on the final day of exams. (watch announcements for details); Students should work with their individual teachers to make up any teacher-made exams.
- CMS typically runs an early release schedule on these days, with students leaving for home by 12:15 PM. (CMS has not officially announced this for 1st semester exams at this time.)
- The cafeteria is open for breakfast and lunch. (Lunch is typically a grab-and-go bag lunch.)
