The steps below will assist you in enrollment and course registration.
Step 1: Complete the CMS New Student Enrollment Packet
New student enrollment forms can be found HERE.
Step 2: Contact Linda Samuel (Registrar) at linda1.samuel@cms.k12.nc.us to submit your packet
Step 3: Once your completed packet has been submitted and processed by Student Placement, we will then begin the course registration process.
Families will be unable to select courses without the following:
A completed new student enrollment packet that has been submitted to Student Services (at NMHS)
A copy of the student's transcript (rising 10-12th), or report card (rising 9th). You can fax these documents to 980-343-5791
