What's next after high school? Read below to learn about your options!

Four-year College/University:

Four-year schools can be private or public and prepare students to earn Bachelors Degrees. Students typically attend class full-time.

Community/Technical Colleges:

Community Colleges offer both certificate programs and two-year Associate degree programs. Students can earn an Associate of Art (A.A.) or Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. Community colleges are generally much cheaper than four-year colleges and typically only require that a student has earned a high school diploma or GED to be admitted. Many students attend a community college before transferring to a four-year school.

Technical colleges offer job specific training. Students can earn a certificate, diploma, or Associate's degree. Most programs can be completed in approximately two years.

Military:

Employment:

If your career choice does not require any additional training, or your employer will provide you with the necessary training needed for the job, then employment right after high school would be an option for you.
