Ms. Glunz, the teacher assistants and I have been busy gathering all of your art work this week and putting it in your bags to go home. I hope that everyone will have a chance to swing by BWE and pick up your masterpieces! As I went through your art, it brought back so many great memories of making art together and I hope it will for you too! It has been an absolute joy to be your art teacher! I am always so impressed by your creative ideas and the beautiful ways you express yourself through art!
I have shared below a summer lesson and a few links to help with your summer art making!! As always, email me photos of your artwork! I always love seeing what you are up to! I miss you all and hope you have a wonderful and creative summer! Keep up the amazing work!
This slide show walks you through some ideas for making your own Tiki. As always, if you do not have the same materials at home be creative and use what you have! Paper grocery bags and cereal boxes are great materials to use for this lesson as they really look like wood! You can even make several Tikis and stack them together!
