FINAL TRANSCRIPTS
Seniors, It is almost that time...!
Your counselors want to know your plans after high school. If you are planning to attend a college/university; two or four years, please complete the CMS senior exit survey in Naviance so we can send your FINAL TRANSCRIPT. We cannot send a final transcript unless you complete this important step. Any delay in completing this task can impact your college registration. If you have questions, please reach out to your school counselor.
Note: All final transcripts will be sent by June 24 to the school you selected in Naviance. Once your CMS senior exit survey is complete, no additional steps are required. Your colleges/universities will need to download your transcript, so your patience will be appreciated.

Student attendance in the MPHS graduation rehearsal is CMS Board Policy.
Attendance exemptions can be approved for legitimate reasons only. These must be communicated and approved by Mr. Folk in WRITING.
It is the student's responsibility to communicate Mr. Folk's written approval with
Ms. Zornow. If you do not communicate this to Ms. Zornow, you run the risk of being marked absent without an excuse at rehearsal.
If proper procedures for a rehearsal exemption are not followed, you will not walk at the MPHS graduation ceremony on June 17.
