If a student plans to bring a date who does not attend Myers Park High School, a non-Myers Park date form must be submitted to Ms. Parks or Ms. Hedrick in student services BEFORE ticket purchase.
NON-MPHS DATE FORM IS ON THE PROM WEBSITE.

Senior dues are $25, which will cover the cost of a Senior T-Shirt
and entrance to the Senior Carnival.

Time: 11:30-1:30
Seniors will be dismissed from class at 11:30. End time 1:30.
You will be marked 1Q for attendance in 3rd/4th block (school-sponsored activity).
