Senior Meeting
All graduates planning to walk in the graduation ceremony on June 13th MUST attend the senior meeting! This is CMS School Board policy.
MANDATORY SENIOR MEETING
Makeup Senior Meeting Times:
Wednesday 4/24 - 7:30-8:00 - SET 307 (1st block)
Wednesday 4/24 -10:10-10:40 - SET 311 (2nd block, mustang minutes)
Thursday 4/25 - 7:30-8:00 - SET 307 (1st block)
Thursday 4/25 -10:10-10:40 - SET 311 (2nd block, mustang minutes)
Please be sure to attend one of these times if you missed the March 6th meeting.
It is required in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.

During this meeting, we will discuss:
Graduation Rehearsal
Cap & Gown Orders
Expectations for Attire & Behavior
The Ceremony
Counseling: Transcripts, Grades, etc.
SGA: Senior Activities in the Spring
Seniors will pick up preordered caps and gowns later in March.
Senior Meeting attendance is required.
Exemptions can be approved for legitimate reasons only. These must be communicated and approved by Mr. Folk via email.
Step 1: Obtain Mr. Folk's email approval.
Step 2: Forward that approval to Ms. Zornow.
If Ms. Zornow does not receive your exemption via email, you are at risk of not participating in the June graduation ceremony.
