FINAL TRANSCRIPTS
Seniors, It is almost that time...!
Your counselors want to know your plans after high school. If you are planning to attend a college/university; two or four years, please complete the CMS senior exit survey in Naviance so we can send your FINAL TRANSCRIPT. We cannot send a final transcript unless you complete this important step. Any delay in completing this task can impact your college registration. If you have questions, please reach out to your school counselor.
Note: All final transcripts will be sent by Date TBD to the school you selected in Naviance. Once your CMS senior exit survey is complete, no additional steps are required. Your colleges/universities will need to download your transcript, so your patience will be appreciated.

SCHOLARSHIP MONEY: Update Naviance!
Congratulations!!!! Your last semester is here... don't stop and don't fall victim to "SENIORITIS". Any college acceptances you have received or will receive are contingent upon the successful completion of your senior year. Don't be the senior who finds out in June that they cannot go to the college they were accepted to because they dropped their grades!
We need you ALL to update Naviance not only with the college decisions you have received but also any scholarship money you have earned. EVERY dollar matters even if you do not plan to accept that scholarship. Each year, places like AK and Providence "beat" us in reporting scholarship monies. And yes, your MPHS School Counselors are competitive and enjoy a challenge. We know the reason MPHS is not listed in the media as earning the most money is because much of the money our students receive goes unreported. The Class of 2023 is going to change that!!! It is now easier than ever to report the scholarships you have earned. Please see the attached for simple and easy directions how to report your scholarships.
