The mission of the School Counseling Department at Hawthorne Academy is to prepare all students for post secondary education and citizenship in the 21st century. As a comprehensive and data-driven school counseling program we collaborate with students, parents and staff members to address social/emotional, academic achievement, and college/career readiness. We strive to empower students to achieve personal and career goals through individual counseling, small groups and classroom guidance.Â
