Scheduling IB Courses

Scheduling Overview

Students are expected to continue with IB for all four years of high school. Scheduling considerations below are based on this expectation.

General scheduling considerations:

• By the end of 10th grade, students must be finished with Math 1, 2, and 3, and with levels 1, 2, and 3 of the same world language in order to continue into the Diploma Program.

• Students in the Diploma Program must take IB courses in English, world language, history, science, math, Theory of Knowledge, and a sixth subject (which may be a an arts class, a second science course, or a non-history social studies course).
