Creative Writing Club

Do you like writing stories or poems? Do you like expressing creative thoughts on paper? The creative club is for you. We will have activities in which we will explore different writing prompts through short stories, poems, persuasive writing and etc.

The Creative Writing Club will meet for the first 15 min on zoom to discuss our activity and then we will switch to asychronous. (To get on zoom, click on Creative Writing tab below.)

We will meet to share the stories. I also would like for you to email your stories to me after its done. I would like to combine all the stories together to create a book.

I can't wait to hear your stories!!

We are going to write Friendship Cinquains. You are going to interview one of you friends using the questions on the sheet. After the interview, you are write a cinquain using the format at the bottom of the sheet.

St. Patrick had a holiday named for him (March 17th), but what if someone named a holiday for you? What would you name the holiday? How would people celebrate such an important day?
