This is my 24th year as a School Counselor and my 6th year at Ardrey Kell. I am excited to be here! I'm originally from NYC where my parents emigrated to from their homeland of Cyprus back in the 70's. 

 I received my Undergraduate degree in Psychology at Bernard M. Baruch College and my Master's in Counseling from Hunter College, both City Universities of New York. 

 I moved to Charlotte 19 years ago after getting married to my husband Joe. We have an 15 year old son, Joseph, and a 10 year old daughter, Evangeline. Simply put, my family is my world.  

 My advice to students:

1. Don't panic if you're unsure what you want to major in...a big part of college is exploring your interests to try to figure that out!

2. Work hard and do YOUR best work!

3. Life is too short to harbor negativity and hate in your heart. Be POSITIVE and KIND.

4. BE YOU and nobody else.
