Ardrey Kell High School has 7 professional school counselors, 1 mental health therapist, 1 social worker, 1 secretary, 1 registrar, 1 school psychologist, 1 CPCC advisor, and 1 college and career coordinator covering almost 2,600 students divided by last name. Students are encouraged to seek out their counselor for assistance with academic planning and personal/social-emotional issues. Counselors work with students, teachers, and families to assist students in their personal growth, helping them to have a well-balanced high school experience. When necessary, a counselor may refer students and families to other professionals for assistance in meeting their personal and academic needs.
