JLAB is a 2-part event. First is Leadership Bowl and second is Academic Bowl. The Leadership Gauntlet has cadets compete in timed, sorted stations while answering JROTC curriculum questions. Cadets also answer questions tied to Army Senior Leaders such as General McArthur and General Powell and scenario-based questions. Finally, cadets are assessed on their individual JROTC curriculum knowledge and complete a collaborative experiential learning focused building their leadership.
