Better Citizens
The mission of JROTC is to motivate young people to become better citizens. The Wildcat Battalion does this by setting high standards and expecting cadets to do their best every day.
Leadership
Leadership
Cadets have formal and informal opportunities to demonstrate and develop leadership skills. Cadets may hold command positions in the Battalion or be leaders in their class or teams.
Teamwork
Teamwork
Working together to accomplish a goal is a core component of being a cadet. JROTC provides countless opportunities to work as a team as part of Raiders, Drill, JLAB and countless other fitness and classroom activities.
