Phase 1 Research

Cloud Office Manager will design, implement and facilitate a comprehensive study of the merits of the STEAP program based on feedback from two stakeholder groups within the Publix organization. Here is an overview of the research methodology and communication plans.

Overview

• Cloud Office Manager will serve as project manager for phase 1 Research and provide comprehensive design, structure and implementation for a fact gathering initiative based on internal company resources. A detailed report with findings and recommendations will be submitted upon completion of this phase.
• Executive committee approximately 10 - 12 representatives from key headquarters functional groups including IT, marketing, district store operations , customer service, human resources, finance and strategic planning.
• Store committee approximately 10 - 12 representatives from the store operations level including two regional manager, four store managers, two grocery managers, two customer service managers two Aprons representative.

Structure

Duration of Phase 1 research is approximately 90 days. Ideal completion date Q3 2019

Each committee will meet approximately four times (based on need) for approximately 1.5 hours. Cloud Office Manager will co-chair the meeting with a IT representative or committee designee.

Video meeting feeds as well as meeting video capture will be available.

Final Report

A comprehensive report will be generated based on the feedback provided by the two committees. Cloud Office Manager will offer next step recommendations based on fact finding and future market conditions.

Fee

Cloud Office Manager will provide Phase 1 support services listed above including travel within the state of Florida for one flat fee.
