I would like this opportunity to introduce myself. I am super excited about being the new dance teacher at Horizon Middle School. I have been teaching in the public schools for 24 years as well as studios. My forte is classical ballet, however I love and respect all genres. I have performed with Viva El Paso, El Paso Ballet, Ballet of the Americas, TEXAS the Musical Drama, and UTEP Dinner Theater to name a few. I remain active in the El Paso theater and dance community which enables me to continue to connect kids to stepping stones on their journey in the world of dance and theater. My passion is to teach kids the art of dance and instill respect for it and all art forms as well as teach them the value of the discipline that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.
