She has traveled and performed with choirs all over the United States and even in Italy, since the age of 9. Mrs. V is from Austin, Texas and her hobbies include; dancing, cooking, and sleeping. She absolutely loves choir and everything we can learn from it, her favorite color is blue, and she's a big fan of Spider-Man.
Mrs. V teaches 9th - 12th grade choir which consists of three ensembles.

Choir members will compete in UIL Solo and Ensemble as individuals and as an ensemble for UIL Concert and Sight-Reading.
The choir sings at every home football game.
We hold a concert every semester with other ensembles from the Fine Arts Department.
We are active within the feeder-pattern and community activities.
Every class will utilize Google Classroom and Remind to share important information and tools.
Each code is unique to their class section and should not be shared with anyone.
Though the use of masks are up to the individual student, it is strongly recommended that we wear masks while singing. It is not mandatory but highly recommended by the CDC. Additionally, as a school, we continue to sanitize surfaces and encourage all to wash their hands frequently. We want to keep our Scorpions happy and healthy! If you are not feeling well, please communicate with the school and your teachers.
Taking place every spring, students are evaluated on their performance as a group on the concert stage as well in the sight reading room.
