Data moves into and out of Salesforce in a couple of different ways. This page provides a breakdown for reference of the kinds of data that move and through what means.

As of this writing (9/1/2021) CAC's Salesforce is integrated with Salsa Engage using their Salesforce integration. There are no other direct integrations active.
