Clean Air Council is using the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and has converted to the Household Account Model (the standard for NPSP.)

When creating a new contact, the Account field should be left empty so that NPSP triggers can automatically create the Household Account for the contact. The Primary Affiliation field is used to capture the Account of where a contact works. NPSP triggers will create an Affiliation record based on what is in the Primary Affiliation field. Changes to which account is in that field will also result in updates to that affiliation (marking it Former, with an End Date).

Several fields were added in October 2021 to accept data from a purchased list enhancement:
