Forensic Science and Criminal Investigations in Georgia is a high school, CTAE Level 3 course that bridges the world of public safety/public service and scientific investigation. It gives students a deep dive into how science is applied in crime scene and investigation contexts—covering topics such as evidence collection, biology/chemistry/physics applications, and how forensic science interacts with the legal system.

Students at Forest Park High School utilizes the IXL platform for learning experiences that prepares student to communicate successfully in real-world situations. This platform personalizes the student's reading experience to address trouble spots while also assisting in enhancing literacy. It has reading strategies, writing tools, language conventions, and reading foundations. IXL provides students with tools to make progress on their own by providing video tutorials and immediate corrective feedback on missed question.
ACCESS testing is an assessment of multilingual learner's growth in English proficiency. It measures progress in four critical of areas listening, reading, speaking, and writing in the English language. This test includes visuals and listening activities to assist ESOL kids in learning the English language more proficiently. The ACCESS test uses clear, comprehensible speech. It engages students into strategies to activate listening skills as well.
