INCIDENT/ACCIDENT REPORT
Clayton County Public School/Forest Park High School has emergency procedures/preparations visible and available to keep students and staff safe during emergency situations. Forest Park High School ensures that this standard is met by:
Practicing Monthly Fire, tornadoes, and active shooting drills throughout the school year so staff and students can be familiar with evacuation plans
Staff wears safety badges to immediately report emergencies by pressing the button.
Provides radio technology
Ensures evacuation routes and plans are posted throughout the school building
Provide teachers with a copy of the Incident/Accident Report to keep accurate records of injuries, etc.
