Perry Career Academy Main Campus Application

 for Fall Semester 2023-2024

This application is to request admission to Perry Career Academy (PCA). Completing this application does not guarantee enrollment at PCA. You must meet admission requirements and submit all required documents.  STUDENTS MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD, HAVE COMPLETED ONE FULL YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL, AND HAVE AT LEAST 5 HIGH SCHOOL CREDITS IN ORDER TO ENROLL AT PCA. 

Exceptions to the 5 credit minimum can only be made for students who did not graduate on time.
