Dear Caiman Families,
We’re excited to announce that the Studio and PL campus teams will be coming together for a special meal to celebrate all we’ve accomplished so far this year.
We’d love your help in making this lunch a delicious success! If you’re able to contribute, please take a look at the SignUpGenius link below to see how you can participate. Every contribution—big or small—helps make this celebration possible.
As always, we’re so grateful for our amazing CAHS families. Your generosity and support make events like this happen, and we couldn’t do it without you!
Our biggest need at this time is Turkey!
Hello CAHS parents!
We are excited to announce that we are again hosting our annual CAHS Studio and PLC Career Fair on February 19th!
Our career fair is intended to expose our high school students to post-secondary career options. We would like to have representatives from various industries and professional fields, the military, various trades, and also home-based businesses. We would love for parents to volunteer this year, and this will count towards parent volunteer hours, too!
If you would like to be a part of our Career Fair and share information about your profession with our students, please reach out to:
PLC Parents - Bree Roberson - broberson@classicalacademy.com
Studio Parents - Jen Hernandez - jhernandez@classicalacademy.com
Here are the details: Date: 2/19/2026 Time: 10:30-12:30pm (setup would be from 10:00-10:25am, tear down starts at 12:15pm)
Location: CAHS Studio in Caiman Hall
We will send another email at the beginning of February to confirm all the information.
Thank you so much and please feel free to reach out to the Counseling Technician for your campus listed above with any questions or concerns.
California State Law requires all graduating seniors to either fill out the FAFSA/California Dream Act or fill out the Opt Out Form (meaning you don't plan on filling out the FAFSA). The FAFSA form is the first step in getting federal financial aid and is what is used to determine Cal Grants, Pell Grants, and Subsidized/Unsubsidized student loans. Please click the link to let us know if you have, will be, or will not be filling out the FAFSA form. (As an additional note: filling out the FAFSA is also needed to in order to be eligible for the Promise Program through the community colleges)

Instructional Engagement
As a California independent study school, we are required to offer optional synchronous (live) instruction opportunities for students. This provides a chance for students to connect with a credentialed teacher in real time for academic support. There is no negative impact for the student if they do not attend.
At Classical Academy High School Studio, students are required to attend synchronous (live) instruction opportunities through our 4 day studio program Tuesday - Friday. If you would like more information about times available for extra support for your student, please reach out to their teacher directly. We also offer in person office hours after school from 3-3:10.
We are required to notify families when students do not take part. No action is required
Thank you for your continued support.
We are looking for awesome people to join our team! If you know someone who would like to work for an award-winning workplace, have them apply here!
