This relates to my problem of practice because it identifies what my problem is, what research I want to conduct, and the results I expect from an increased effort in feedback. This is a nice visual representation of the work put into this Capstone Project.

This relates to my problem of practice because it is about reflecting as a teacher. This in essence is providing yourself with feedback about your teaching. This project was a culmination of reflection throughout the quarter. I found certain things to be very helpful, such as journaling several times a week. I also found it really valuable to ask my students "I wish my teacher knew" which is based on a book. Some of the responses really helped me connect with my class on a deeper level.

It really allowed me to see how our population of students change from year to year and made me realize the diversity of students at my school has changed since I started there 11 years ago.
