Description: Google Explore can be used in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. It reads what you already have in your document and related images and resources are generated on the side of the screen, without forcing you to leave your document. You also have the option to manually search for additional topics. This features also will generate citations for you and add images into your document.

Description: Grammarly is a writing tool detects grammar, punctuation, spelling, word choice and style errors while writing on nearly every site on the web. It is even available on mobile devices for texts, emails, tweets and anything else you write on your phone.

How to use it:

  • Grammarly will underline suggested corrections as you type.

  • Click on the red underline to accept or reject the suggestions.

Description: This is an online PDF Editor that students use to edit and share documents. The editor tools include: insert text, draw, highlight, comment, erase, sign, insert image, stamp and undo/redo.

Description: This extension helps you highlight, take notes and annotate on web pages. Beanote saves your notes automatically and provides a dashboard to view and search all your notes quickly. If you close the website your notes will still be there when you go back to it.

How to use it:

Description: IPEVO is an Apple iPad or Google Play app that allows users to annotate on top of a handout, book text, photo, etc. Users can take a picture of a handout in the IPEVO app and use the text or drawing feature to write on the digital copy of the handout. The final product can be shared with the iPad Camera Roll, Google Classroom, Gmail, Google Drive, or Seesaw as a PDF or JPG.
