I like the Series of Unfortunate Events because it is really funny, sad, and it is a series. I always could read this book series. I could read this over and over and over again. I just love this book series. It's just, the best.

I like this book for three reasons… number one, It is really sad. And everybody likes sad books! People die, Violet has a brother named Klaus and a sister named Sunny. Their parents died in a fire. And they end up having to go to their uncles home and live with him because he is their closest relative. (although they have never met him) And he ends up being an evil actor with an eye on his ankle. He wants their fortune so he tries to follow and keep track of them with his gang and dress up to steal them. What I like is that it all is super dramatic and every chapter has a cliffhanger. So you're left off with suspense, and suspicion.

Number two, it is a series! All of the books include: The Bad Beginning, The Reptile Room, The Wide Window, The Miserable Mill, The Austere Academy, The Ersatz Elevator, The Vile Village, The Hostile Hospital, The Carnivorous Carnival, The Slippery Slope, The Grim Grotto, The Penultimate Peril, and The End. They all are great books, and they all are awesome. If you finish one book and you are left on a cliffhanger then you can read more!

Number three, they are really fun books and they are super fun to enjoy! I like book one because it gets you started out with a good dramatic beginning. I like dramatic books because they are just more fun to read. There is also some pretty funny songs and jokes in there! (like in the book The Grim Grotto, (alphabet))

I hope that you read this series! I will be happy if you do! These books are cool 😎, funny 😝, sad 😖, and really just full of emotions!
