Each principal supporting a teacher in CKEC's Option 7 alternative certification program must agree to certain requirements in order for candidates to complete the program. Download the agreement form, sign and date it, and upload the form using the link to the left.

You may use your district evaluation forms, if you prefer, as long as the district forms align to the Kentucky Framework for Teaching.
