The painting conveys the ability to have a pure spirit going through life without letting society decide what you are and how you would end up. To break through the barriers that hold reality together and bring forth your own envisioned in your mind. In this watercolors painting I used a wash technique especially on the background. After I let the water and the paint mix to become more concentrated and made some details on the whale. For the stars with the spray like technique I got different colors which were concentrated and held the end of the brush and tapped it on my finger while the paint would spray on the painting.
