We participate in and organise several events across our International School Collaborations.
Fall: Football/Volleyball/Cross Country
Winter/Spring: Basketball/Track & Field/Girls football.
*All year: We have Basketball and football teams participating in the Local Danish League
Our trips are defined by 'events off-campus hosted by other schools'.
Participation is limited to students that are registered as practice team members (The name should appear on Holdsport)
Registration should happen when signing up for practice
Selection is based on level, consistency, commitment and contribution at practices. And of course availability within sport, rules and age group.
Payment for trips covers transport, hotel, tournament fee and some meals. This is often settled subsequently of the event due to a variable participation fee. In 2022/2023 the invoices for trips outside of Denmark were 3,700 - 5,200DKK.
Please make sure to read and understand the cancellation policy before signing up.
Friendly's:
We have made arrangements with IS Hamburg (geographical closest co-member of NECIS) to meet up for friendly games in advance of each Major NECIS Events.
For this event the agreement is private housing - participating students should host 2+ students when participating in home events!
Volleyball and Football: We make exchanges in September for (U12 & U14 goes to Hamburg; JV/Varsity hosts at CIS)
Basketball: We make exchanges in January for (JV/Varsity goes to Hamburg; U12 & U14 goes to Hamburg; JV/Varsity hosts at CIS)
