When signing up for the CIS basketball team, you have the opportunity to participate in different tournaments:
Danish Local League (Students can only represent one basketball club in the Danish league, however they can still be part of the CIS team for NECIS/DISNAC tournaments regardless of their club belonging)

At CIS we play basketball around the school year!
The official basketball season for International Schools is in spring (semester 2).
CIS is signed up as independent club at DBBF (Danish Basketball Federation) and is entered in the fall & spring local league with the following teams:
U9 (mixed team)
U11 (mixed team)
U13 boys
U13 girls
U15 boys
U15 girls
U19 boys
U17 girls
*U9-U15 play GP tournaments, which means they will play 2-3 games on days of competition.
