For now CIS is participating and competing in: 

Football, Volleyball, X Country, 

Basketball, Swimming, Track & Field.

Age groups:

• U12 - Grade 5-6

• U14 - Grade 7-8

• JV - Grade 9-10 

• Varsity - Grade 9-12

Within NECIS we aim to participate in future events around Music, Arts and Drama.
