At CIS we define SPORTS by activities where we compete in the Danish Local League and/or against other schools.
Age groups
At CIS we follow the NECIS age groups when setting up our practice groups.
To make sure all students in a practice group is eligible (legal) to play in the same team throughout the season, we have chosen to 'play up one age group'. This means that our U12 practice team plays U13 in the danish League.

FAQ 1: Where do I sign up?
Please look under registration. And make sure you have the HoldSport app on you phone.

FAQ 2: Can we participate in CIS practice even if we are members of a different club
Yes! And you can also compete in the DISNAC and NECIS tournaments if you are selected for the team!
BUT... you can only compete in the Danish League for one club.
FAQ 3: Do I really need to use the Holdsport app?
Yes! It is absolutely key to have updated lists for participation and attendance - this is a must.
