Hand-made in Singapore, our products made of pre-loved uniforms promote sustainability across schools and diverse learning environments.
Explore in our Circular Gallery the innovative transformation of pre-loved uniforms from schools across all education levels. Our products not only extend the lifespan of uniform materials but also serve as educational tools to promote discussions on resource conservation, eco-friendliness, up-cycling, recycling, and the concept of a Circular Economy.
We believe that a circular education system extends beyond the school compound:
The Circular Classroom follows a holistic and inclusive approach that not only focuses on resource conservation and waste reduction but also on community spirit and responsible citizenship. All our products are handmade in Singapore out of 100% recycled materials. From collection, to repurposing, and to distribution, we engage students, parents and elderly to be part of one joint sustainability initiative. Through the funds generated, we provide employment to vulnerable groups in the community and support environmental education programmes. Interested in being part of our School Uniform 2.0 initiative - for example through school uniform donation drives, green job opportunities, CSR initiatives?
We collaborate with Schools and Parent Support Groups (PSGs) to create unique, up-cycled products from pre-loved school uniforms, and promote sustainability and circularity within the school community. Schools and PSGs can commission us to design custom products that are tailored to their specific needs and incorporate the school's colours and identity.
The items can be produced for special occasions such as Teachers' and Children's Day, or for Award Ceremonies. We also conduct Experiential Learning Programmes and Values-in-Action Programmes for students where they can create products themselves. By taking ownership, we foster their environmental awareness and creativity.
If a School or PSG is interested in a collaboration, please contact our Co-Founders Leonie or Zinobia directly.
Our handcrafted products are a unique way to support both sustainability and social impact. By purchasing these items, you not only follow a greener lifestyle: you also help create green jobs for marginalised communities and contribute to our environmental education programmes for lifelong learners and seniors across Singapore. Each product is one-of-a-kind, with a variety of colour combinations and designs based on the uniforms we have in stock. Our Circular Gallery below shows the range of items available for purchase. They all stand for our commitment to circularity and community support.
Items featuring a uniform crest can only be ordered if they are made from your own pre-loved uniform which you have to provide. All other items without uniform crests can be ordered by specifying your preferred colours. Please note that slight colour variations may occur depending on stock availability.
Note: we are currently revamping our website and will soon have a dedicated Product section to order online. In the meantime, please contact us at info [at ] circularclassroom.org if you are interested in a purchase.

We also create products from pre-loved school uniforms for special occasions, for example family celebrations or cultural and religious festivals. Our items offer a simple way to make these events more sustainable and add further meaning: they show care for future generations and the environment. By choosing products made of repurposed materials as gifts or awards, celebrations become more eco-friendly and make everyone feel and do good.

We are wishing everyone a prosperous and joyful Lunar New Year!
As we celebrate the Year of the Wood Snake, let’s embrace the values of renewal, growth, and sustainability!
Just as a snake sheds its skin for renewal, we at The Circular Classroom have given pre-loved school uniform ties a fresh start — transforming them into playful snakes.
Here’s to a prosperous and eco-conscious New Year!
We were not able to go to Paris, but we made it to Bedok Stadium and celebrate the Olympic Games 2024 locally. We extended our wishes to Team Singapore and our amazing athletes:
Veronica Shanti Pereira, Marc Louis, Jessica Tan, Loh Kean Yew, Terry Hee, Yeo Jia Min, Stephenie Chen, Caroline Chew, Amita Berthier, Kiria Tikanah Abdul Rahman, Shannon Tan, Saiyidah Aisyah Mohamed Rafa’ee, Maximilian Maeder, Ryan Lo, Teh Xiu Hong, Gan Ching Hwee, Quah Jing Wen, Letitia Sim, Levenia Sim, Jonathan Tan, Izaac Quek, Zeng Jian, Zhou Jingyi
They are an inspiration for resilience, discipline, and the confidence that we can achieve own dreams. They motivate thousands of young athletes and students in Singapore to pursue their passion and strive for excellence.
Our colourful greeting from the local sports field was made of PE uniform shirts from schools all across Singapore, symbolising our unity and support for Team SG. While the Games were running, we were doing a little photo marathon with products made of pre-love school uniforms that could win a sustainability prize for sport CCAs.
We don’t create swim caps, but our bucket hat made of pre-loved school uniforms is perfect for eco-conscious swim fans and audience members.
The Olympics are about creating memories by sharing universal values through sport: fair play, respect, inclusion, and friendship. Our memory pillow, is meant for resting and for collecting memories along the (school) journey.
Our aprons made from pre-loved school uniforms are not bullet-proof, but they definitely protect from all paint splashes in art class competitions.
Let's tee off for a greener future. Before you start the game, remember to bring your sunglasses and the sunglass case made of pre-loved school uniforms. Because who says you can't look cool while saving the planet?
Not everyone is an Olympic sprinter. But we can all be winners in the race for sustainability: Reduce your carbon footprint by walking more and by making better use of existing resources. Why buying a new item when a shoe bag can be made of pre-loved school uniforms?
Flowers that are made from pre-loved school uniforms don't wither. A more sustainable gift to congratulate the rider, and green grass for the horse.
Rowing requires a lot of energy. The day of an athlete starts with a healthy breakfast. Choose locally produced, sustainable food. Don't forget to pack our cutlery set holder - made of pre-loved uniform materials - when you pack your breakfast and eat outside.
Where to keep all the little items safe , like table tennis balls? Our litte pouch, made of pre-loved school uniforms, can easily fit 3 balls for a basic game. And of course, much other knickknack can be hidden in it, too.
