Education has the power to educe human potential and transform society
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have consistently supported and cooperated with our activities.
The international community today continues to face a variety of challenges. The impacts of conflict, natural disasters, and climate change are spreading, while rapid technological innovation and advancements in AI are dramatically changing the structure of society. Amidst these changes, the role of education has become more important than ever. Particularly in developing countries, education is the key to realizing the future and the foundation for building a sustainable society.

CIESF aims to develop human resources through education in developing countries, starting with Cambodia, and continues to carry out locally-rooted support activities in collaboration with local governments and educational stakeholders. In Cambodia, while political and economic stability are progressing, challenges such as educational disparities between urban and rural areas, between the capital and regions, and ensuring the quality of teachers still remain. Confronting these realities, we have strengthened our efforts not only to expand educational opportunities but also to improve the "quality" of education.
What is required for education going forward is not merely the cramming of knowledge, but the cultivation of human resources who can adapt to change and create new value. Creativity, collaboration skills, ethical awareness, and the ability to understand and accept diversity have become essential for the society of the future. At the CIESF Leaders Academy, to nurture the leaders who will shoulder that future, we have been working to build an educational model suited to the local context while cherishing the essence of education.We believe that education has the power to educe human potential and transform society. For education to truly bear fruit, "human connections," "a perspective that stays close to the field," and "an attitude of learning together" are indispensable. CIESF will continue to steadily build upon its activities, delivering hope for the future to children around the world through education.
