Spring Show 25: A Knight's Tale
The 2025 Spring Show: Working featured the music of several tony award winning composers and the first broadway prodcution NTA theatre has performed post COVID.
Production Highlights:
An NTA Theatre original, written and produced specifically for our students.
Featured large use of puppets and puppeteering on the part of the students to create and act with horses on stage.
Featured original musical arrangements developed and performed by our student band.
Included several student-choreographed musical numbers and ensemble performances.
Featured extensive stage combat, ranging from tightly choreographed fight sequences to hybrid performances blending combat, dance, and movement.
A Knight's Tale
Inspired by A Knight's Tale and drawing its roots from Geoffrey Chaucer’s The Canterbury Tales, this original musical adaptation blends medieval adventure with modern energy in a story about courage, identity, and the pursuit of destiny.
A new musical based on the inspiring story of William Thatcher, a young man with a dream to become a knight despite humble origins. The show follows William’s journey from squire to champion, highlighting themes of courage, self-belief, friendship, and respect.
In a world that tells you who you are, becoming yourself is an act of courage. What role have you accepted? What role are you ready to claim? The world belongs not to the noble but to the bold with a singular belief:
A man change his stars.
