The 2021 Fall Festival: New Beginnings served as an oppertunity to reset out NTA theatre traditions and norms as the first preformance on stage post COVID. While we were not allowed to have a live audiance, the students preformed for a select group of peers and recorded and broadcast thier preformance for friends and family.
Production Highlights:
Students wrote and preformed over 16 one minute plays from a wide variety of topics, themes and theatrical styles.
First performance on stage post COVID
First time preforming student created & directed work.
First use of stage as a blackbox theatre.
Our production features sixteen one minutes plays many of which were written by our ensamble members and all of which were cast and directed by our ensamble. We are proud to that our first production back on the NTA stage is entirely conceived, curated and preformed by our students.
