Self-care is about the things we can do to look after our own mental health

Based on the advice of professionals, this booklet* gives you some strategies to help you with your wellbeing and a template for creating your own self care plan. It is up to you whether you try them and they may not work for you. It may be the case that you need professional help because sometimes we need outside help and advice, these are not a substitute if that is the case.

*Please note: Originally this booklet was designed for last summer's lockdown but it may well still be a useful guide for some of you and worth taking a look at!
