Have a look in your fridge and food cupboards and create an interesting sandwich that includes at least one portion of fruit or vegetables. We are looking for the most creative and colourful sandwiches with a short description of the ingredients you have used (in case we can’t see them) and who ate it.

Week 3: Year 9 Italian Cooking Club Focaccia Bread

Week 7: What to do with all of Wimbledon's Strawberries
As Wimbledon has been cancelled this year, surely there will be a glut of strawberries. This week's challenge is to make a dish using strawberries, you can use as many or as little as you like.
