The literacy committee has been busy in the 2025 year. Prior to the start of the school year members hosted a booth at the Akron Public Schools and Akron Zee Backpack Adventure. We distributed 843 boxes of colored pencils and bookmarks

The Tutoring Program in partnership with Crouse CLC continues with volunteers visiting once a week to provide one-on-one assistance with 2nd grade students.

The National Day of Service Halloween Trunk or Treat event was a huge success. 12 cars passed out candy and members cooked and wrapped hot dogs for lunch.
