Disability is the state of the mind or body that make it tougher for the person to take part in certain activities and they also have participation restrictions.
A very disadvantages condition for a girl and women is having a disability. Women or girl with any mental or physical disability are often rejected to enjoy their human rights. They undergo double discrimination that puts them at high risk of gender based violence sexual abuse and neglect etc.
CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS
The constitution of India has hypothesized on the principle of human rights and Social Justice.
India has sanctioned the United Nation convention on the rights of persons with a disability, 2006 (UNCRPD) in September 2007 which is highlighting on the matter of multiple discrimination against women with disability. Further, in order to assimilate the considerable provisions enshrined in the UNCRPD (2006). In the national legal framework Indian Parliament, has drafted a bill named as
"THE RIGHTS OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITY BILL,2014".
RIGHTS FOR DISABLED WOMEN/GIRLS
Right to education has been regarded as to be one of the most available rights. Education is most productive means of economic and social empowerment. But a number of children with a disability worldwide are empowerished of the rights to attend school. Moreover, women and girls with a disability fare less well in the education,this is why there is a low literacy rate for women and girls with disability.
Article 24 of UNCRPD guarantees the right for women with disability to education.
Women with disability for pursuing employment encounters the double discrimination of gender as well as disability. These women often face unequal hiring and promotion, unequal access to training, unequal pay for equal work etc.
Right to employment and opportunity of women with disability has been acclaimed under article 27 of UNCRPD.
Women or girls with disability of encounters violence and abuse and this is a serious problem. These women tend to be more at risk of various types such as sexual harassment domestic violence and exploitation in the workplace.
Right to be protected against violence,abuse and exploitation has been recognised under the article 16 of UNCRPD.
Women or girls with a disability are often judged as non-sexual, not suitable for marriage, and incapable a mother by society. And this is the reason that they are less likely to get married.
The Right to home and family is appeared in the Article 23 of UNCRPD.
STATUS OF WOMEN/GIRL WITH DISABILITY
The most unprotected and overlooked group of society are the girls and women of all ages with any kind of disability. They are mainly stereotyped as helpless childlike,sick, dependent, incompetent and asexual and because of which they limit their opportunities. They are treated with physical, psychological, sexual and financial violence, social isolation, trafficking, degradation, denial of Healthcare, forced sterilization and forced psychiatric treatment.
The lack of self esteem is the main reason that women or girls with a disability are ineffectual to do more to enhance their own situation. Girls with disability grow with the freight that they have hardly any value which is clarify to them right from their birth, either through negligence or over protection. A woman who becomes a disabled in a later life will have her own sense of self-worth destroyed by the persisting attitude that she has become a useless dependent.

CONCLUSION
The disable women and girls are the most demeaned and unprivileged people in the world. They are less likely to be educated and employed etc. There is a need to adopt some strategies like UNCRPD to make sure that the women or girls with disability are not mistreated from policies and programs.
